Key Responsibilities
  1. Diagnose and repair complex electrical and mechanical issues on Tesla vehicles.
  2. Work independently and collaboratively with other technicians to optimize service efficiency.
  3. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback to internal teams.
  4. Maintain a respectful and inclusive attitude in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
  5. Operate advanced diagnostic tools and equipment.
  6. Diligently document repairs and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  1. Fully qualified Motor Mechanic or Registered Vehicle Technician (Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology or equivalent).
  2. Minimum 2 years' experience as a fully qualified Motor Mechanic or Technician.
  3. Expertise in EV systems, diagnostics, and repair techniques.
  4. Proficiency in using diagnostic scan tools and following operating procedures.
  5. Experience working with hybrid vehicles a plus.
  6. A creative problem solver who advocates for Tesla's values and mission.
