**About Us**

L'Oréal New Zealand Operations encompasses a range of teams, including Warehouse, Customer Care, Master Data, and Supply Chain. These teams collaborate with our Divisions to enhance supply chain efficiency and agility.

We focus on maintaining uncompromising standards of quality control, employee safety, and environmental commitments. Our priorities include:

  • Planning and implementing end-to-end inventory management processes and optimal parameters.
  • Analyzing and managing inventory data using Manhattan Active, Excel, and Power BI.
  • Assisting in demand and supply planning, catalogue management, and SLOB stock optimization.
  • Managing the weekly customer cycle count process and reconciling inventory discrepancies.
  • Liaising with warehouses and major customers to develop inventory improvement plans and reporting.

About You

Successful candidates will have experience in inventory management or supply chain roles from various industries. They should possess superior systems knowledge, including exposure to ERP/MRP systems, advanced Excel, and Power BI skills are beneficial.

Applicants must demonstrate excellent communication skills, the ability to deliver accurate data and reporting, and educate stakeholders on supply chain challenges and solutions. A proactive attitude, commitment to continuous improvement, and team-oriented mindset are essential for this role.
