**Job Overview**

Fletcher Building Limited seeks an experienced Supply Planner to join its dynamic and supportive Supply Chain team. As a Supply Planner, you will play a critical role in developing and executing supply plans for various product categories, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to improve order fulfillment, inventory management, and supply chain activities.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving significant improvements in the supply chain process, including supply planning, purchasing operations, and distribution according to demand forecasts, considering capacity constraints and material availability.

- Develop and execute supply plans for various product categories

- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to improve order fulfillment, inventory management, and supply chain activities

- Optimize inventory levels and ensure product availability

- Analyze available data from demand planning, inventory reports, and other resources to recommend changes to optimize inventory efficiencies

- Communicate confidently with internal and external stakeholders about WIP and inventory outcomes as part of the S&OP/IBP process

**Key Skills and Qualifications**

- 3-5 years' experience in demand and supply planning within a supply chain/FMCG environment

- Proficient knowledge in Supply Chain Planning / ERP systems

- Core foundational knowledge or experience working in an S&OP/IBP environment

- Advanced skills in Excel and Data Analytics (Power BI & SQL will be an advantage)

- Extensive experience in Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and inventory management to meet the targets of sales and customer demand

- Attention to detail and possess strong analytical skills, with a 'think outside the box' approach and diligence in your mathematical and analytical skills
