The Department of Health, Tasmania seeks a motivated and organized Clinical Support Administrator to join their team at the West Coast District Hospital. The successful applicant will provide high-quality customer-focused reception services and administration support across all areas of the relevant district hospital.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, and staff
  • Manage front desk operations, including patient registration, phone calls, and correspondence
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and report preparation
  • Assist with clerical duties, including mail distribution and supply management

Requirements:

  • Current Working with Vulnerable People card with NDIS Endorsement
  • Proven experience in a similar role or healthcare environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
