Job Responsibilities

  • Directly supervise PTA and Rehab Tech in skilled tasks during group and individual treatment.
  • Provide consultation and clinical supervision to PTAs.
  • Optimize patients' functionality by providing direction or oversight to PTAs and Rehab Techs.
  • Maintain awareness of issues related to the profession of physical therapy and the healthcare environment.
  • Understand relevant payment models and clinically appropriate means/modes of delivery.

Requirements

  • A graduate of an APTA accredited school of physical therapy.
  • Valid physical therapist state license.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English instructions, correspondence, charts, memos, and reports.
