Job Description: As a skilled Quantity Surveyor, you will play a critical role in conducting quantity surveying and estimating, both pre- and post-contract, across our diverse projects. Your attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to work effectively with internal teams will be essential in achieving project success. You will ensure all operations and project planning adhere to health and safety requirements, accurately measure quantities, assess labor and material costs, and produce comprehensive schedules to project specifications.

Key Skills and Qualifications: Qualification in Quantity Surveying. A minimum of three years of industry-relevant work experience in pricing, contract administration, planning, pricing, or estimating within the Steel industry is highly desirable. Experience in preparing cost plans, estimates, contract administration, and financial reports. Working knowledge of contract law and conditions of contract. Proven negotiation and problem-solving skills, even under pressure. Excellent organisational and time-management skills. Strong computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Pricing Software. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
