Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  2. Managing building inspection programs to ensure compliance and quality standards
  3. Providing expert advice on property and construction matters
  4. Assisting clients with project management
  5. Negotiating contracts and procurement of services
  6. Liaising with clients and stakeholders
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A degree in Building Surveying or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Senior Building Surveyor
  • MRICS Chartered status
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
