Your key responsibilities will include:

Gaining Insight into Agency Operations

  • Developing an in-depth understanding of the agency's fiscal environment and costs drivers.

Driving Decision Making through Data Analysis

  • Creating data models to enable informed decision making.

SUPPORTING BUSINESS CASES

  • Delivering high-quality financial analysis to support budget bids and business cases.

Providing Expert Guidance

  • Offering advice and guidance to senior management on investment strategies in line with agency goals.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Relevant Qualifications and Experience

  • Relevant qualifications in finance, economics, or accounting.

Data Analysis and Modelling Skills

  • Experience developing models and providing data analysis to support strategic decisions.

Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, ability to build collaborative relationships and communicate effectively with senior management.

A Proactive Approach

  • A proactive and results-driven approach, with the ability to work independently and manage priorities.
