Job Description:

As the Pharmaceutical Sales Manager at Miraco Nutripharm, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and maximising our product portfolio's potential. Your key responsibilities will include developing and executing effective sales strategies, cultivating strong relationships with industry partners, and ensuring sales targets are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute, and leverage effective growth strategies to meet or exceed company sales targets and business objectives
  • Monitor and analyse market trends, industry activities, and customer needs to maximise sales opportunities
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management
  • Recruit, lead, and mentor a team of high-performing sales representatives by ensuring they are well-equipped with product knowledge and sales techniques while meeting their individual sales targets and fostering a high-achieving culture
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and KOLs in hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers while ensuring exceptional service and resolving any issues promptly
  • Develop and maintain a robust CRM system for tracking customer interactions, sales opportunities, and account progress

Requirements:

  • At least a Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in medical sales or related healthcare sales, with at least 2 years in management or leadership role
  • Highly motivated and proven track record of meeting and/or exceeding sales targets as well as business strategies, both locally and internationally
  • In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical products, health supplements, and healthcare ecosystem
  • Experience in managing a small team and overseeing sales targets with the ability to prioritise strategically and ensure efficient allocation of resources
  • Excellent communication (both written and verbal) as well as interpersonal skills, capable of engaging different stakeholders with relevant value propositions to support and amplify brand initiatives
  • Resourceful and agile, with sharp business acumen to analyse market trends in order to identify and maximise opportunities in the exciting health and wellness space
