**Job Description:**

We are seeking an experienced site manager to join our team on a new project starting soon. As a key member of our site team, you will be responsible for managing the steel and concrete structure, developing short-term construction programs, and identifying risks.

You will work closely with clients and specialist consultants to ensure timely completion of the project. Your ability to problem-solve and lead a team will be essential to success.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Developing short-term construction programs

- Identifying and mitigating risks

- Managing sub-contractors and ensuring compliance with health and safety protocols

- Delivering regular site reports and updates to stakeholders

- Collaborating with clients and specialist consultants to resolve issues and achieve project goals

**Requirements:**

- A stable career with a New Zealand main contractor or trade background

- Experience managing large commercial-grade projects (over $10m in value)

- Strong understanding of project systems and reporting

- Positive leadership style and ability to build collaborative working relationships
