About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Brand Strategist to lead high-profile consumer brands impacting 2 billion people in Asia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing client accounts, including brand strategies, fee negotiations, and client relations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of brands
  • Set creative tone with Creative Directors and Strategic Planners
  • Develop strategic plans with Senior Planners
  • Problem solve on high-level account and production issues
  • Buld top-level client relationships
  • Oversee revenue tracking and analyze impact on account and agency profitability

Requirements:

  • 10+ years experience in a creative advertising agency
  • Strong strategic thinking and integrated communications experience
  • Experience in global accounts
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Effective negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Strong financial understanding
  • Proven track record of gaining trust and respect
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with attention to detail

Estimated Salary:** $150,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
