About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Wellness Coordinator to join our team at Kisco Senior Living. As a key member of our wellness team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing various programs to promote resident engagement and overall well-being.

Responsibilities:

  • Promote and monitor resident attendance and participation in all Wellness programs
  • Teach and facilitate programs as appropriate
  • Implement a variety of group and individual Wellness programs
  • Work with volunteers and community groups to implement various programs
  • Assist in setting up Wellness and community events
  • Assist with scheduling transportation as required
  • Drive vehicles as necessary

What We're Looking For:

  • A high school graduate with one to two years of experience in wellness programs (preferably with seniors)
  • Experience leading exercise classes and assisting with exercise equipment is preferred
  • Valid driver's license and proof of good driving record
  • Commercial driver's license or ability to obtain one within reasonable time of employment (as required)
  • First Aid Certification
