Your Day Could Look Like This:
  • On-Farm Sales Meetings: Understand the needs and problems of your prospects and clearly communicate the value of our technology.
  • Prospecting: Build and grow a pipeline of quality farms fit for our solution while reducing sales cycle times.
  • Networking: Establish and maintain relationships with industry professionals to promote our brand and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Forecasting: Work with the Business Development Manager to enable monthly and quarterly forecasting of revenue.
What We're Looking For:
  • A deep passion for helping farmers succeed and experience in farm systems or the agricultural sector.
  • A driven individual who can exceed goals in a sales role and has experience growing new business from lead generation to close.
  • Passion and enthusiasm for what we do, as well as a positive attitude and ability to overcome challenges.
  • The ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced working environment with a high degree of autonomy.
