We are seeking an experienced Agricultural Operations Manager to join our team based in Ashburton.

As Field Operations Manager – Multiplications, you will oversee field operations to ensure high-quality hybrid vegetable seed production. You will work closely with growers, Arable Representatives, and the Kimihia Research Team, playing a key role in precision drilling, inter-row cultivation, spraying, and crop establishment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate field operations to achieve high-quality seed production
  • Work collaboratively with growers, contractors, and research teams to implement best practices
  • Ensure efficient use of resources and equipment
