Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive testing strategies aligned with project goals and business requirements.
  • Lead test automation efforts, selecting and implementing optimal frameworks and tools.
  • Provide technical guidance, troubleshoot complex issues, and promote best practices among testers.
  • Manage and mentor the testing team, ensuring skill development and performance optimization.
  • Ensure testing processes comply with industry standards and identify value adds for current projects.
  • Drive process improvements, introduce new testing methodologies, and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Monitor defects, collaborate with developers for resolution, and provide detailed reports for stakeholders.
  • Communicate effectively with developers, project managers, Product Owners, Chapter leads, and business analysts for smooth integration and timely delivery.
  • Identify testing risks and develop mitigation strategies to prevent critical failures.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in software quality assurance or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile Process.
  • Strong Telecom domain knowledge.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Azure DevOps pipeline execution (Continuous Testing).
  • Experience in implementing Shift Left process.
  • Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
