Responsibilities:

  • Run production processes with precision and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
  • Participate in daily and weekly 5S routines to maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization.
  • Continuously look for opportunities to cross-train and learn new processes.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; manufacturing technician certification preferred.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Intermediate computer skills and ability to read drawings and blueprints.
