Job Description

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for delivering high-quality patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.

Key Responsibilities

The LPN will:

  • Assess patients' physical, emotional, and social needs to develop individualized care plans
  • Implement treatment programs directed by healthcare practitioners, administering medications and performing diagnostic tests as needed
  • Collaborate with RNs and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN)
  • 1+ year of clinical experience preferred
