We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as an Inauguration Ceremonies Lead. This is a fixed-term full-time role until December 2025, based in the Auckland city centre with some flexibility to work from home or a Council hub.

As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for leading the planning and execution of inauguration ceremonies for our 21 local boards. You will work closely with our Elections Programme Manager, Local Board Teams, Nga Matarae, and Civic Events to ensure that these events meet the required standards and are delivered on time.

You will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders, including elected members, iwi, and the public.
