Role Overview

The Industrial Property Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the performance of properties within a portfolio, focusing on industrial assets across Auckland.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparation of annual business strategy plans and detailed cash flow budgets
  • Monitoring and managing those budgets and forecasts
  • Liaising with tenants regarding lease administration and policies/procedures
About You

This role requires an experienced property manager with a property-related qualification and proven experience in commercial, industrial, or retail property management. Strong experience in lease administration and renewal negotiations is highly advantageous.
