**About the Role**

Tangram is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Venue Assistant to join our team at Fore Seasons Indoor Golf, Tauranga's premier indoor golf facility. As a Venue Assistant, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, overseeing bar operations, managing memberships, handling inquiries, and ensuring the venue remains clean and functional.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers, ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable experience.
  • Guide guests on using the cutting-edge golf simulators, including setup and gameplay instructions.
  • Provide tips to enhance customer enjoyment of the facilities.
  • Assist with membership sign-ups and inquiries, fostering strong relationships with regular patrons.

**Bar & Hospitality Duties**

Serve drinks and snacks in compliance with liquor licensing laws. Monitor and manage stock levels for bar and snack areas, restocking as needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bar area.
