Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Regional Sales Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for achieving territory sales targets for allocated products.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Achieve territory sales target for allocated products.
  • Develop and maintain opportunities and key account management plans for selected products using available tools.
  • Be accountable for implementation of marketing/ channel strategies.
  • Ensure that all territory planning activities help drive the correct actions to maximize the return on the investment as per playbook.
  • Monitor territory sales progression to targets and initiate corrective action where appropriate.

What You Will Need to Succeed:

  • Tertiary qualifications in science or business related discipline.
  • Proven experience in medical sales especially in the hospital sector influencing HCP's relevant to the portfolio.
  • Good understanding of the NZ public and private healthcare system.
