We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach to join our team and support our newly formed Value Management Office. As our Agile Coach, you will play a critical role in ensuring clear visions and strategies are shared through a time of transformation. You will work closely with our Value Stream leaders to deliver on organisation strategies and objectives and provide expert guidance on agile ways of working.
Key Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing expert guidance on agile ways of working and coaching and mentoring our leaders and teams on best practice.
- Ensuring clear visions and strategies are shared through a time of transformation.
- Working closely with our Value Stream leaders to deliver on organisation strategies and objectives.
- Providing regular progress updates and reports to management.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 2-3 years' experience working as a Release Train Engineer or Agile Coach.
- Experience in large scale transformations within an organisation.
- Certified in relevant Lean, Agile, or Scaled Agile certifications is desirable.
- In depth knowledge of agile practices.
- Strong and multifaceted communication skills up to senior leadership level.
- Strong leadership skills, with a servant leadership mindset.
- Influencing and negotiating skills at all levels, with proven ability to develop trust and credibility with key stakeholders.
