Responsibilities

The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods. This will involve working closely with the Warehouse & Materials Manager and other stakeholders to ensure seamless logistics operations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing Frozen Distribution and ambient warehouses in compliance with site policies and objectives.
  • Overseeing receiving, storage, and material transfer operations.
  • Aligning raw material and packaging storage with efficient space utilisation best practice.
  • Supporting incoming and warehouse teams to meet daily objectives.
  • Collaborating with key stakeholders such as Warehouse & Materials Manager, MPI Auditors, Warehouse and Distribution Team, Factory Team, and local suppliers.

The successful candidate will also be required to:

  • Provide leadership and guidance to warehouse staff.
  • Develop and implement warehouse processes and procedures.
  • Monitor and report on warehouse performance metrics.
