We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the product strategy and long-term roadmap for our buyer and casual sellers across Trade Me Marketplace. This is an opportunity to shape the core product offering and make a significant impact on our customers and business outcomes.
About the Role:
- Develop and maintain an outcome-based roadmap of customer engagement opportunities and bets prioritised against our OKRs and KPIs.
- Gain and share deep knowledge of customer needs, both current and expected future requirements, by working with data analysts, UX designers and engineers, and talking with customers as often as possible.
- Translate the product strategy into a delivery roadmap of customer outcomes, managing dependencies and priorities across multiple teams.
- Take a leading role in measuring product performance and customer behavioural metrics, helping us shape our practice of measuring customer value and product success across all product teams.
About You:
- You have at least 5 years of working in product management roles, having led product strategies and demonstrated commercial results and customer value.
- You bring a good balance between strategic and creative thinking for commercial outcomes, with a good understanding of what works online, and are able to use sound judgement to assess the value of a diverse range of initiatives.
- You love sharing what you've learned and are used to communicating in different ways tailored to the audience.
