\This role is part of our ongoing efforts to transform and improve the education system in New Zealand. As a Curriculum Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting schools, kura, and early learning services to develop high-quality teaching and learning programs that meet the diverse needs of all students.
\Your Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement curriculum initiatives that promote equity and excellence in education\
- Collaborate with teachers and school leaders to design and deliver effective teaching and learning strategies\
- Conduct professional development sessions and workshops to build teacher capacity and confidence in implementing new curriculum designs\
- Provide coaching and mentoring to teachers and school leaders to support them in developing and implementing high-quality teaching and learning programs\
- Build relationships with community groups and stakeholders to identify and address inequities in education and to promote the interests of underrepresented groups\
- Contribute to the development of policy and procedures that support the delivery of high-quality education outcomes for all learners\
