The Enterprise & Field Marketing organization plays a critical role in driving revenue growth, adoption, and customer success across all direct and indirect sales channels. We're seeking a highly organized, goal-oriented, self-directed professional to join our APAC team as a key player in our marketing operations.

About This Role:
  • This role will involve developing and implementing comprehensive marketing operations strategies that align with overall business objectives.
  • You will work closely with the APAC Marketing Business Director and Marketing VP to drive continuous improvement of marketing processes and enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Regular liaison with Field Marketing, Global MOps, Global Programs, Strategy & Ops, and Sales teams to ensure they have business context and understand the results.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree (Marketing or Commerce, MBA preferred) and 15+ years of overall experience with 10+ years in high-tech marketing to various industries.
  • Demonstrable success in dynamic and complex environments, with a proven ability to rally teams and influence at all levels to drive business outcomes.
  • Ability to think, plan, and problem-solve strategically in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a firm focus on execution within deadlines.
