- Raise Purchase Orders for suppliers carrying out works on Home Counties Void Properties and attend daily client calls.
- Build and maintain relationships with direct operatives, suppliers, and clients, supporting Area Manager with progression of works.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Knowledge and experience in scheduling within facilities/maintenance industry.
- Strong communication skills, self-motivation, and Microsoft 365 package skills.
- Ability to identify opportunities for advancing organisation's mission and maintain awareness of business areas and associated risk.
