About the Role: This role is fundamental to the success of our team as you will be responsible for coordinating diaries and liaising with customers to ensure work is completed within agreed time frames.

Responsibilities:

  1. Identify new properties or changes/cancellations added to tracker and manage each property through to move-in status.
  2. Schedule all works in relation to Void Move In Standard for direct staff and suppliers using VoidsTracker.
  3. Liaise with suppliers to organise specialist repairs and ensure client receipt of required property certifications.
  4. Manage workflow for CRM system for billing and property documentation, collaborating with Commercial Team.
  5. Raise Purchase Orders for suppliers carrying out works on Home Counties Void Properties and attend daily client calls.
  6. Build and maintain relationships with direct operatives, suppliers, and clients, supporting Area Manager with progression of works.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Knowledge and experience in scheduling within facilities/maintenance industry.
  • Strong communication skills, self-motivation, and Microsoft 365 package skills.
  • Ability to identify opportunities for advancing organisation's mission and maintain awareness of business areas and associated risk.
