Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to work as a Head Teacher at our centre. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for leading our teaching programme and ensuring that children receive high-quality care and education.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement educational programmes that cater to the needs of our children
  • Mentor and support other teachers in their professional development
  • Communicate effectively with parents and staff to ensure seamless collaboration
  • Ensure compliance with ECE regulations and standards
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • B Ed / Dip Teaching Level 7 (ECE or Primary) and current Teacher Certification
  • A strong understanding of programme planning, pedagogy, and curriculum
  • Good knowledge of the current ECE Regulations, Te Whariki and hold compliance in high regard
  • Passion and commitment for teaching and learning with a focus on delivering quality
