Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Clinical Support Specialist in the Orthopaedic Clinic.
About the Role
In this role, you will provide excellent patient care and support to the nursing team, ensuring a smooth and efficient clinic experience for patients.
You will be responsible for assisting with delegated patient care duties, maintaining clinical supplies, and supporting the team with non-patient tasks as assigned.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist nursing staff with patient care and comfort
- Support nursing staff with patient flow (ensuring clinics run smoothly)
- Maintain oversight of clinical supplies and restock as needed
- Maintain a clean environment to a high standard
- Maintain oversight of equipment and supplies required by the nursing team
- Other tasks as assigned by the nursing team
About Our Team
Our team is focused on Acute Fracture Management and assessment of Orthopaedic Conditions. We are a supportive team of dedicated Orthopaedic Nurses who work together for the best outcomes for our patients.

Requirements
- Level 3 NZQA National Certificate in Community Support Services (or equivalent) or willing to work towards this
- Previous experience working in a healthcare environment would be an advantage
