Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive security roadmap aligned with industry standards and regulatory frameworks.
- Operational Oversight: Lead the annual SOC2 certification process and oversee security vendor management.
- Collaboration and Enablement: Support the sales team by managing security and compliance queries and partner with engineering to ensure secure application development practices.
- Incident Management: Establish and oversee incident response protocols to ensure swift resolution of security incidents.
- 8+ years of experience in information security, privacy, or compliance roles.
- Strong understanding of application security, cloud security, and data privacy regulations.
- Proven track record of driving organization-wide security initiatives and collaborating across functions.
