About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Health Professional with leadership and management experience to join our specialist infant child and adolescent service. As a key member of our ICAMHS team, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive care to vulnerable populations.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with our specialist team to deliver high-quality mental health services
- Lead by example, demonstrating excellence in leadership and management practices
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including families and community groups
- Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical guidelines and policies
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
What You Need to Succeed
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in a mental health setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A clean driver's licence (full)
- An understanding of Te Ao Maori principles and practices
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
