Mental Health Team Lead for Children and Adolescents

**Job Overview**
We are seeking a Registered Health Professional with leadership and management experience to work with our specialist infant child and adolescent service. As the Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals in providing mental health services to infants, children, and young people.
About You
- Previous experience working in Mental Health and Addictions settings (at least three years)
- Previous experience working with Infants, children, and young people
- Proven experience in a leadership role
- Excellent communication skills
- Understanding and application of Te Ao Maori
- Clean Driver's Licence (full)
- Recognises and contributes to addressing the social determinants of health
Key Responsibilities
- To lead and manage a team of mental health professionals providing services to infants, children, and young people
- To develop and implement policies and procedures for the delivery of mental health services
- To provide clinical supervision and support to team members
- To collaborate with other healthcare providers and stakeholders to ensure seamless care for patients
- To contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to address the social determinants of health
