As Critical Facility Manager, you will be responsible for managing the Wiri Terminal and Marsden Point truck loading facility, as well as the Wiri to Airport pipeline. About the Role:

  • Reporting to a board of directors, you will oversee the overall operations of WOSL's critical infrastructure, which are Major Hazard Facilities.
  • Leading a high-performing team, you will drive operational excellence, ensuring the highest standards of safety, reliability and compliance, and leading the development and execution of strategic initiatives.
  • You will manage key relationships with internal and external stakeholders, take responsibility for budget management and cost optimization, and continuously look for opportunities to improve efficiency.

About You:

  • A proven track record in senior management roles within terminal operations, oil, gas, or related industries would be advantageous.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with experience in developing and motivating high-performing teams.
  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams and driving cultural change.
