As our Brand Growth Director, you'll be responsible for overseeing digital marketing campaigns & performance, collaborating closely with internal Digital Marketing Team.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies for Millie Moon's global markets in line with best-in-class FMCG brand marketing practice
  • Lead go-to-market strategies and activations for Millie Moon's new markets, retailers and NPD launches
  • Manage brand marketing budgets from planning to execution, reporting to the Head of Marketing on ongoing optimisation of activity and spend
Requirements:
  • Degree in Marketing, Business or equivalent
  • +5 years' experience in a brand marketing role with a depth & breadth of brand marketing experience
  • Strong commercial & business acumen, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Leadership ability and ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams
