About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Audit and Compliance professional to join our team as a Senior Compliance Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of Amotai's Verified Māori and Pasifika Supplier Directory.

As a key member of our team, you will lead and deliver best-practice supplier member registration, verification, auditing, compliance, and quality assurance services. You will work closely with our Data, Communications and Insights and Membership Services teams to ensure seamless delivery of these services.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Leading and delivering Amotai's supplier member registration, verification, auditing, compliance, and quality assurance services.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and delivery of services.
  • Reporting on supplier registrations and compliance matters.
  • Buidling a community of practice locally and globally to inform practice and maintain and grow the integrity of Amotai's Verified Māori and Pasifika Directory.
  • Developing and delivering training and insights for staff and members.

About You

We are looking for an experienced audit and compliance professional with solid experience and understanding of the Māori and Pasifika business sectors. You must have a strong level of commercial acumen and ability to easily build rapport and relationships with Māori and Pasifika businesses, as well as buyer organisations. A tertiary qualification in Audit, Compliance, or a related field is essential.
