Account Management Specialist

We are looking for a results-driven Account Management Specialist to join our team in Castlegar, BC.
About the JobThis role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse range of customers, providing them with the best possible solutions to meet their equipment, parts, and service needs.
The successful candidate will have 2+ years of experience in sales management or account management, with knowledge of service operations and strong mechanical aptitude.
Key Responsibilities- Maintaining long-term relationships with customers, Caterpillar, internal departments, and staff to achieve revenue growth and profitability targets.
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
- Maintaining accurate and current client information using Finning's Sales Support software.
- Collaborating with internal teams to provide seamless support to customers.
- Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers.
