About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Manager to join our team at Rocket Lab Usa. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in our fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Quality Management Systems (QMS) and maintain adherence to AS9100
  • Oversee supplier quality performance and establish quality standards for incoming materials
  • Manage Material Review Board processes and identify scrap reduction initiatives
  • Implement continuous improvement projects using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
  • Report quality performance metrics and communicate quality initiatives to stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management, or a related field
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in aerospace or complex manufacturing environments
  • 3+ years of proven leadership experience within a global manufacturing or service environment
