Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to lead our quality management systems, ensuring adherence to industry standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of quality principles and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain quality management systems (QMS) ensuring adherence to AS9100.\
  • Oversee supplier quality performance, establishing quality standards for incoming materials and managing supplier audits.\
  • Lead continuous improvement projects using industry-specific methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and other tools to eliminate process variations and defects.\
  • Report quality performance metrics, communicating quality initiatives to stakeholders in the organization and identify areas for improvement.\
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to identified root causes.\
  • Maintain excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, working collaboratively across all levels of an organization and with external partners.\
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.\
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging team members to share ideas and suggestions.\
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.\
  • Foster open communication, providing regular updates to stakeholders on quality performance and initiatives.\\$

Requirements:

  • \
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management, or a related field.\
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in aerospace or complex manufacturing environments.\
  • 3+ years of proven leadership experience within a global manufacturing or service environment.\
  • Strong understanding of quality management principles and methodologies (e.g., ISO standards, AS9100, Lean, Six Sigma).\
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.\
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively across all levels of an organization and with external partners.\\$
