We are currently looking for a skilled Rehabilitation Service Specialist to join our team in Darwin, Australia.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing workplace rehabilitation services to assist individuals in regaining their independence and achieving their goals in life and work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct occupational therapy assessments, including activities of daily living, home, worksite, functional, ergonomic, and equipment assessments
  • Develop and implement effective rehabilitation plans to enhance clients' functional performance, independence, and work capacity
  • Collaborate with clients, family members, funding bodies, medical practitioners, employers, and stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • An Australian recognized degree qualification and full accreditation in occupational therapy or a related field
  • Experience working in a multidisciplinary team environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality customer service
