Job Description

  • You will provide bespoke consultations to clients, helping them discover or design their dream pieces, whether in person or through online consultations.
  • Coordinate aftercare services consultations including resizing, repairs, and lifetime warranty claims.
  • Promote Cullen Jewellery's commitment to ethical practices and community initiative.
  • Perform reception duties as required, including greeting clients and managing phone calls.
  • Assist in maintaining the overall presentation and upkeep of the showroom.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, ideally within the premium jewellery or retail industry.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to providing exceptional client experience.
  • Passion for premium jewellery and a deep understanding of ethical and sustainable practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-centric and team-player approach.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team to achieve common goals.
