Job Description
We are seeking an energetic and passionate individual to join our team as a Guest Experience Host at one of our amazing resorts. As a key member of our customer-focused team, you will provide and maintain a high standard of service while ensuring that our customers are satisfied with their experience. Your responsibilities will include greeting and registering of owners and guests, providing information on local area attractions, and working closely with the resort operations team to deliver a seamless check-in process.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will require excellent communication skills, a genuine passion for customer service, and the ability to work a flexible roster, including weekends, evenings, and school holiday periods. Previous experience within a similar hotel position is desirable but not essential. You will also need to be fluent in English (written and verbal) and have impeccable presentation and professional grooming standards.
