The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality support services to individuals with mental health needs. This may include assisting with daily living tasks, supporting with personal care needs, and promoting independence.

As a Mental Health and Wellness Worker, you will have the opportunity to work as part of a dynamic team that values professionalism, honesty, and reliability. You will also be expected to maintain a flexible approach and be willing to adapt to changing circumstances.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should be patient, friendly, and kind, with a genuine passion for working with people.
