We are seeking a skilled KYC Analyst to join our team at Emagine, a global professional services consultancy and solutions firm. Our Global offices specialize in driving innovation of technology and business for the banking and financial services sector.

About the Job
This role involves verification of client data, performing due diligence checks on clients, reviewing KYC documentation, performing risk assessment of clients, and liaising with the business/compliance department. As a KYC Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, such as Anti-Money Laundering (AML) laws and Know Your Customer (KYC) guidelines.

Main Responsibilities
* Conduct end-to-end KYC due diligence for global clients, including retail and institutional customers.* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, such as AML laws and KYC guidelines.* Ability to understand the firm's KYC requirements when completing documentation inclusive of CIP, MDD, and EDD.* Collection and verification of confidential client data via publicly available and internal sources.* Understanding and implementation of KYC standards, guidelines, policies, and procedures.

Requirements
* Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience within corporate financial services industry.* Strong analytical and investigative capabilities with the ability to dig deeper and explore areas of grey.* Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information simply and diplomatically.* Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a high level of initiative.* Exposure to and understanding of Financial Crime disciplines will be viewed favourably.* Bachelor's degree or advanced degrees/certifications will be an advantage.
