The Role

\

We seek a high-performing team player who can utilize resources and has strong communication skills. The ideal candidate understands what captivates online audiences and tailors content to diverse episodes.

\

Main Responsibilities

\

  • Work with the internal creative team to generate story ideas for episodes that exist outside of regularly scheduled clip show programming.
  • Assemble detailed briefs for these episodes, including shot lists of video content, scheduling, and organizing resources.
  • Liaise externally and internally to compile any additional content needed for the episodes.
  • Work with the editors and the page manager to edit videos with a strong story and narrative.
  • Meet targets set by the page manager that contribute to the overall output of the page.

What We're Looking For

\

  • Understanding or proven experience working with social media platforms in a creative capacity, especially pitching and editing story/content ideas.
  • Post-production (Premiere Pro editing) and creative producing experience.
  • Ability to manipulate and edit film pieces in a way that is desirable to the audience and awareness of industry trends.
  • Passion, creativity, and a drive to produce amazing content.
  • Awareness of a brand's audience, creating content suitable for the target audience, and expanding the creative potential of the channel.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and alone, being organized and a quick learner, who is naturally proactive.
  • Excitement about the opportunity of working for a fast-paced social creative agency.
  • Ability to prioritize and cope with last-minute changes (e.g., scripts & setups).
