About the Role

Our Digital Content and Marketing Coordinator plays a pivotal role in driving our digital presence. Ensuring engaging, accurate and relevant communication, marketing campaigns and content is delivered to members and customers through our digital channels is key, with a focus on email campaigns and social media.

  • Manage the social media schedule ensuring it aligns with marketing and communications activities.
  • Be involved in editing and writing engaging copy.
  • Elevate our email communications by managing the administration, building and scheduling of our emails, and offering your expertise to ensure best engagement.
  • Contribute to the optimisation of our digital channels and content to ensure seamless user experience and engaging digital content.
  • Unleash your creativity by contributing to visual asset creation/editing for our digital content.
  • Assist with editing, formatting and loading content to our websites.
  • Contribute to shaping and executing the broader marketing strategy.
  • Provide support to the Web and Digital Lead with their work programme, helping to execute a variety of exciting projects and initiatives.
