We are seeking an experienced Precious Metals Administrator to join our team at Drake New Zealand. As a key member of our inventory management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our operations.
About the Role:
- Dispatching client orders of varying alloys and products in a timely manner.
- Leading or participating in monthly stock takes and investigating variances.
- Preparing alloy recipes and performing QC checks on the melted product using the Opix system.
- Ensuring each interdependent department has the correct products and information.
- Communicating with the office staff regarding sales deliveries and management regarding stock levels.
About You:
- Experience in a similar role or an interest in precious metals.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong ability with numbers and accuracy.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and other inventory management software.
