About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Administration professional to join our team at GPC Asia Pacific. As an Inventory Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring that set inventory tasks are completed to a high standard and in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficient Shipment Checks: Ensure all incoming shipments are checked within 24 hours to minimize delays and keep operations running smoothly.
  • Daily Inventory Management: Create and manage daily cycle counts based on workload to keep inventory accurate and up-to-date.
  • Collaboration with the Inventory Team: Work closely with the Inventory team to ensure products are stored in the most efficient locations for smooth operations and as per safe storage handling requirements.

About You:

We are looking for an independent worker who is self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision. You should have strong problem-solving skills and be comfortable using computers and intermediate-level Excel skills.
