Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Director to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of projects within the commercial fit-out sector.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Practical understanding of construction space, particularly in regards to large-scale interior fit-out projects
  • Client Relations: Client-side experience of project management, ensuring that client needs are met and exceeded
  • Timely Delivery: Reviewing project specifications and plans, scheduling, and ensuring timely completion
  • Health and Safety: Ensuring health and safety standards are adhered to
  • Collaboration: Consistently liaising with clients, designers, contractors, and other stakeholders to build and maintain healthy working relationships

Requirements

  • Experience: 8 years + experience, most recently client-side
  • Skills: Experience with Procore highly desirable, tertiary qualification in a related discipline, excellent communication skills, and ability to work well in a team as well as when being client-facing
