About the Role

This position involves early intervention for Stay at Work clients with a range of injuries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualised rehabilitation programmes
  • Work collaboratively with clients, employers, and other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal recovery outcomes
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
  • Collaborate effectively with a diverse team
  • Provide specialist guidance and support throughout the rehabilitation journey
  • Ensure compliance with best practice and industry regulations
  • Manage caseload autonomously while contributing to a team-focused environment
