As a highly experienced Presales Lead, you will be responsible for:
- Acting as a subject-matter expert in discovery and scoping sessions, translating technical customer needs into actionable and feasible research solutions within Tracksuit's platform capabilities.
- Applying our brand tracking solutions to align with customers' business objectives and deliver actionable insights for brand health.
- Providing thought leadership during the sales cycle by communicating complex research concepts in a clear, business-focused manner.
- Building and maintaining an in-depth understanding of Tracksuit's offering, competitive landscape, and complementary research methodologies.
Our ideal candidate will have extensive experience in a presales role, solutions consulting, or brand health research and tracking methodologies, with a proven track record of influencing product strategy and driving results at scale.
